Physical Therapist

Keith Handler PTA, CBGI, CSST – Owner B.E.S.T Physical Therapy


Keith is a New Jersey licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and the owner of B.E.S.T. Physical Therapy. He attended Northeastern University for athletic training and completed his studies at Union County College PTA Program. Keith has advanced clinical education as a certified BacktoGolf instructor and certified senior strength trainer. He has over 32 years of experience working in the field and his specialty is returning athletes to their fullest potential. After playing professional golf for 3 years, Keith now concentrates on helping his patients refine and improve their own golf game while remaining pain free. Outside of work, Keith remains an avid sports lover, playing golf, hockey and hiking as often as he can.

Dr. Michelle Perry PT, DPT


Dr. Perry received her B.S. in physical therapy from Temple University and started her career working in acute care teaching hospitals in Philadelphia. After moving to New Jersey, she began working with the outpatient orthopedic population, focusing on post-op surgical and joint replacement. Michelle continued her education at NYU for her Master’s Degree and Dominican College for her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She continues to enjoy treating a mix of orthopedic and neurologic outpatients with a hands- on manual therapy approach combined with an emphasis on the benefits of exercise and an active lifestyle to promote wellness.

Dr. Adam Fan, DPT


Adam graduated from Methodist University with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. He has completed clinical affiliations focused on orthopedic, sports, and vestibular/post-concussive rehab. During his physical therapy journey, he also participated in the SPARTA program which assists military members to strengthen and prevent re-injury as they transition from physical therapy to training with their unit at Fort Bragg, NC. Adam strongly believes patient education and exercise are both key components in order to maximize results and prevent re-injury in the future.

Dr. Rachael Terracciano, DPT


Dr. Terracciano received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Rutgers School of Health Professions. Rachael’s PT experience in high school prompted her to pursue a career in PT. She enjoys working with patients of all ages with orthopedic and sport injuries. She believes in a strong foundation of exercises with an individualized treatment program to return her patients to their optimum level of function. When Rachael is not working at B.E.S.T. she coaches the Colorguard at Bridgewater Raritan high school, enjoys walking her dogs and traveling.

Dr. Jessica Villanueva PT, DPT


Dr. Villanueva graduated from Rutgers School of Health Related Professions (formerly UMDNJ) with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Dr. Villanueva is Kinesio Tape certified and Functional Movement Science Certified. Jessica finds it immensely rewarding to work with patients of all ages who have with orthopedic injuries. She understands the importance of individualized, evidence-based treatment in order to return her patients safely back to their daily activities and sports. Her passion for treating and preventing sport-related injuries comes from competing in dance during her high school and college years.

Jessica enjoys hiking with her dog and husband. She enjoys traveling and learning about different cultures.

Dr. Laurie Juarez PT, DPT


Dr. Laurie Juarez has 30 years clinical experience in treating a wide variety of orthopedic conditions. She has worked in both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation settings treating patients of various ages during her career. Laurie received her Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Delaware in 1990 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Arcadia University in 2019. She utilizes a hands-on approach in treating her patients and develops a personalized plan to help them reach their goals and increase their functional level. In her spare time, Laurie enjoys walking her dog, jogging, Pilates, and spending time with her family at the beach.
